The classical modern three thousand and four hundred square foot home you’re seeing here is fashioned by Kim Lavacot from the Bennet Lavacot Architecture. The interior here is made by Robin Chell Design studio. The principal strongest feature of this house is the scenery which is overlooking the Washington Lake and it maximizes the water views and encourages the interplay between the indoor and outdoor with a nice lush and expansive courtyard. The interior is done with decent materials and natural which looks so humble, like the exposed concrete, black steel, sustainable hardwoods and natural stone.
