Prospector Rsidence is located in Sun Valley and set on a sloping website with expansive mountain views. Designed by Marmol Radziner.
Description from the Architects :
Set within the hillside, the stepped three-story dwelling maximizes the accessible land and connects the house to the landscape. Derived from the surrounding landscape, the color palette and material selection includes stone veneer, red cedar siding, and bluestone flooring.

The living room and dining room are divided by a big stone fireplace. A second, more casual living space, also anchored by a stone fireplace, adjoins the kitchen. Throughout the house, roof decks and patios extend the living space into the landscape.
